Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of design & implementation of AI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with ML, LLMs, RAG and AI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with differentiable programming libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and database manipulation (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Pandas, PySpark).
• Ability to obtain and maintain FAA public trust or Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of AI initiatives from concept through deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
• Define AI architecture, standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on technology selection, risk management, and implementation priorities.
• Help establish practical AI governance for secure and trustworthy use of AI.
• Mentor engineers and data professionals to strengthen AI capabilities and innovation.
