Job summary

Sigma is seeking a Technical Writing Intern to test and document new product features, working with a mentor and cross‑functional teams to deliver a major documentation project. You will ideate, implement, and iterate on tutorials, examples, and content, shaping the user experience for a global customer base.

You’ll translate complex topics into clear documentation, publish content using docs-as-code workflows with AI tooling, and contribute to visual content like diagrams and screenshots.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Desire to learn daily and translate complex topics into actionable user help.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, accurate documentation enabling Sigma customers to use the product effectively.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers throughout development to understand features.
• Develop tutorials, examples, and visual content; contribute to information architecture transformations for AI agents.
