Job summary

WME seeks an experienced Technology Governance & AI Intake Lead to own the single front door for demand, govern portfolios and develop business cases. You’ll drive intake, prioritization and risk gating while guiding the analyst mapping of business to tech initiatives.

With 8+ years in governance, you’ll manage stakeholders, coordinate vendor evaluations, and partner with data governance to ensure data-readiness for delivery. Leadership of the AI Solutions Analyst is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology governance or IT demand/portfolio management.
• 2+ years leading or managing teams.
• Business relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• AI literacy and familiarity with responsible-AI/gov practice.
• Vendor and tool evaluation experience.
• Process and change-management capability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP/ITIL or AI governance credential a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology and AI intake pipeline - a single front door for business-unit demand.
• Convert business and AI demand into scoped, prioritized, business-cased initiatives with measured baselines.
• Run portfolio prioritization and governance/risk gating in coordination with the Information Manager and Cyber.
• Coordinate vendor and tool evaluation for AI and technology requests.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business units; set expectations and communicate the pipeline.
• Partner with data governance to ensure initiatives are data-ready before delivery.
• Line-manage and develop the AI Solutions Analyst.
