Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership or people management.
• Business relationship management with senior stakeholders; AI governance knowledge.
• Experience evaluating vendors and tools; change-management capability.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology and AI intake pipeline—single front door for demand.
• Convert demand into scoped, prioritized, business-case initiatives.
• Run portfolio prioritization and governance/risk gating with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor and tool evaluation for AI and technology requests.
• Manage stakeholder relationships; set expectations and communicate pipeline.
• Partner with data governance to ensure data-readiness before delivery.
• Line-manage and develop the AI Solutions Analyst.
