Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Sector in Huntsville, AL is seeking an AI&T Test Technician to join a team of test engineers and technicians, performing hardware and software configuration and acceptance testing of DoD deployable units in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage production assembly, set up test equipment, run functional tests, document results, and assist in writing reports and updating records to support configuration management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in assembly, integration, or acceptance testing.
• Ability to read production drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage production assembly and testing, including setup calibration and operation of manufacturing/test machines.
• Collaborate with test engineers and technicians for hardware/software configuration and DoD deployable unit testing.
• Write reports and update records as required by supervision.
• Set up test equipment and perform functional testing of launcher hardware; support environmental testing.
