Job summary

Leidos is seeking an AI&T Test Technician in Huntsville, AL to join our Defense Systems / Manufacturing team. You will work with test engineers and technicians to configure hardware and software, perform acceptance and qualification testing of DoD deployable units, and support test documentation in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong reading of schematics, use of hand tools, and basic electrical troubleshooting; a US citizenship and ability to obtain a final secret

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience in assembly, integration, and/or acceptance testing.
• Ability to read production drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Candidate must possess basic skills using hand tools, electrical troubleshooting (DMM), and MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage production assembly and fabrication of materials; perform test operations including setup calibration and operation of machines.
• Work with test engineers to configure hardware/software and perform acceptance tests of DoD deployable units.
• Assist in writing reports and updating records; set up test equipment and conduct functional testing of launcher hardware.
