Job summary

Council on Aging (COA) in Southwestern Ohio seeks an AI Systems Integrator to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions that reduce staff burden and improve care quality for older adults and caregivers.

You will partner with clinical, administrative, compliance, and operational teams to identify opportunities, configure AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate, and deliver working solutions from concept to full adoption.

Qualifications

3–5 years in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
2+ years implementing AI tools in a workplace.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Power Automate, and automation platforms.
Proven ability to build workflows and prompt systems usable by non-technical staff.
Strong project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

Identify workflows and opportunities for AI and automation.
Build and deploy AI-powered workflows using Copilot and Power Automate.
Create prompt frameworks, configure agents, and test solutions in real world conditions.
Connect AI tools to existing systems and document solutions for sustainability.
Design and deliver AI training programs and coaching for staff.
