Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in software development.
• 1-2 years building and operating production LLM or agentic AI systems
• Describe specific decisions you made in a multi-agent system: state management, agent failures, governance as agents were added
• LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom graph-based orchestration used in production
• Debugged retrieval quality problems, iterated on chunking strategies, in live systems
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or legal AI with safeguards for accuracy
• Strong knowledge of Python and the Azure stack (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Container Apps)

Responsibilities

• Design and build the LangGraph-based system that classifies member intent and routes to the right agent.
• Develop the agent integration contract with input/output schemas, confidence signaling, latency SLAs, and fallback behavior.
• Maintain multi-turn context across agent handoffs and track what was retrieved.
• Implement guardrail and safety layer including PHI handling and consistent response tone.
• Define RAG pipeline architecture for benefits documents, formularies and policy content retrieval.
• Design versioned prompts, structured output contracts, few-shot patterns, and testable prompts.
