Dust is building a new AI Operator ecosystem and seeks an AI Support Engineering Lead in the US (New York) to own and scale our Support Engineering function. You’ll tackle the hardest customer issues, extract patterns, and turn learnings into better agents, automation, tooling, and docs.

You’ll also grow the team and define how Support Engineering operates as Dust expands. You’ll define and ship the systems enabling AI agents, automation workflows, and knowledge tooling on Dust.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping a dedicated support engineering function with clear operating models.
• Strong technical skills and ability to read code, logs, and distributed systems.
• Proven track record building AI agents, automations, or workflows.
• Outstanding prioritization, delegation, and decision-making under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the Support Engineering backlog, shaping the product and roadmap.
• Lead and grow a team of support engineers, setting high standards.
• Investigate complex issues across logs and code, delivering clear customer guidance.
• Build systems and tooling to scale support without headcount growth.
• Bridge feedback from customers to engineering and product for durable improvements.
