Job summary

Creative Global Consulting in Chicago, IL is seeking an AI Support Engineer to provide day-to-day operational support and serve as the primary technical resource for user issues on AI platforms. You will triage L1/L2 tickets, perform user troubleshooting, diagnose issues with ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, manage incidents, and conduct root-cause analysis.

You will coordinate with the Platform Administrator and Engagement Lead, and collaborate with external AI providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent.
• 8+ years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• L1/L2 ticket triage and resolution.
• User troubleshooting and usage support.
• ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot issue diagnosis.
• Access and configuration troubleshooting.
• Incident management and escalation.
• Root-cause analysis for recurring or complex issues.
• Coordination with the Platform Administrator and Engagement Lead.
• Coordination with OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft support as required.
• Identification of recurring issues and knowledge-based updates.
