Job summary

Hirewell is assisting a fast-growing generative AI company in finding a Support Engineer to be the technical front line for customers. You’ll own issues end-to-end, troubleshoot across the SaaS platform, APIs, and integrations, and collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex problems.

You’ll analyze logs, dashboards, and SQL queries to investigate behavior, reproduce bugs, and document recurring issues. This hands-on role offers growth as the company scales and a meaningful equity component.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Application Support, Support Engineering, or Technical Support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with APIs, web applications, SQL, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer issues across web applications, APIs, integrations, and data.
• Reproduce and diagnose bugs and escalate issues to Engineering.
• Use logs, dashboards, and SQL to investigate system behavior.
• Own technical issues from initial report through resolution.
• Build documentation and identify recurring product issues.
