Job summary

Upwell is seeking an entry-level Operations Associate - AI Enablement. You will work directly with customers and across the Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to learn workflows, configure solutions, and resolve issues.

This role is hands-on, heavily customer-facing, and designed to grow with increasing responsibility within the AI-enabled operations space. As you gain experience, you’ll own conversations, discovery, implementations, and projects, while exploring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability and desire to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and unfamiliar software.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Interest in AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email and participate in calls from the start.
• Support onboarding, implementations, workflow discovery, and ongoing service needs.
• Understand customer work processes and the systems they use.
• Translate customer processes into Upwell configurations and requirements.
• Configure, test, and launch customer workflows in Upwell.
• Work hands-on with workflows to understand real-world operations.
• Investigate issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Support projects from requirements to completion with stakeholders.
• Test new functionality and ensure it meets customer needs.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Identify automation opportunities using technology and AI.
