Job summary

Hasbro is building a new AI Studio in which you will help customers turn character experiences from prototype to production, shaping the platform along the way. You’ll collaborate with engineers and product teams to minimize hand-holding and accelerate partner shipping.

The role emphasizes direct customer/partner engagement, documentation, and developing reusable onboarding patterns for future partners.

Qualifications

2+ years of software engineering shipping production systems.
Direct experience integrating LLM APIs in production settings.
Experience working with customers or partners in a technical role.
Ability to author developer docs or code samples.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to prototype and implement character experiences on our platform from first integration through production.
Share responsibility for the SDK, samples, and customer-facing docs with the engineering team and improve them.
Act as the eyes and ears on customer experience, identifying friction and opportunities.
Work with engineering/product to turn field learnings into platform roadmap features.
Build onboarding patterns so future partners require less direct help.
