Job summary

Augmentus seeks a strategic analyst to design AI-enabled workflows and scale them across the company. You will partner with leadership on market and operational analyses, map cross-functional processes, and develop multi-step AI workflows using modern automation tools.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and structured thinking ability.
Ability to break down complex problems and design logical workflows.
Strong research and strategic analysis capabilities.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
Interest in AI systems, automation, and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or workflow tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work with leadership to design and scale AI-enabled workflows across the company.
Support leadership with market, competitive, and operational analyses.
Map internal workflows across sales, marketing, and operations and design AI-enabled processes.
Develop multi-step workflows using modern AI tools and automation platforms.
Identify opportunities where AI can boost productivity and decision-making.
Evaluate AI system outputs and design feedback loops for improvement.
Monitor and refine AI-driven processes and collaborate with developers when needed.
Prototype new workflows and document best practices for adoption.
