Job summary

APTEAN is seeking an AI Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join our Alpharetta, GA office in a full-time, onsite capacity. You will shape how AI is adopted and scaled while remaining hands-on in delivering solutions, prototyping automated processes, and guiding the AI roadmap with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in strategy, transformation, AI enablement, or automation.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with Strategic Operations to automate workflows and gain efficiencies.
• Prototype and ship proofs of concept using AI tools and low-code solutions.
• Own AI roadmap portfolio and prioritize work by measurable business value.
• Measure adoption and outcomes with baselines and continuous reporting.
• Establish governance for data access, model usage and risk management.
• Translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements.
• Build organizational capability with templates and AI champions.
