Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an AI Strategy & Market Intelligence Manager to shape the future of AI assistance in travel. You will map the AI ecosystem, decode signals, and translate evidence into strategic options for Amadeus.

This role sits at the intersection of market intelligence, product strategy, and executive communication to guide where to play and how to win. You will lead ecosystem mapping, competitive analysis, and market sizing while collaborating with commercial, product, and leadership

Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in strategy/market intelligence roles.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
Experience with market assessments and ecosystem mapping.
Strong AI and AI Assistant knowledge.
Proven ability to translate signals into exec-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

Map and maintain a structured view of the AI Assistants in the travel ecosystem.
Run ongoing competitive intelligence and SWOT analysis with actionable recommendations.
Monitor competitor moves, product launches, pricing signals, and partnerships.
Track customer and traveler behavior to inform strategy and positioning.
Lead market sizing, segmentation, and target customer definition.
Contribute to business model design, pricing thinking, and GTM options.
Support early product lifecycle decisions with market viability assessment.
Produce executive-ready strategy memos and briefing decks.
