Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit seasoned management consultants who can guide the training of an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We are seeking strategy and management consulting professionals with 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and executive materials across client-ready decks, market analyses, and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with ownership of client-ready decks
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for client-ready outputs
• Develop client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Design operating models and sensitivity-tested business case models
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews for diagnostics and craft implementation roadmaps and change playbooks
