Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to place experienced management consultants for training language models on document creation tasks. The role targets strategy professionals with 4+ years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience to evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

Compensation is $100/hour with flexible commitment (5-20 hours per week) and fully remote work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Own client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and build sensitivity-tested business cases in Excel and PowerPoint
