Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced management consultants to help train a language model on document creation tasks. You will evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows while owning client-ready strategy decks and executive materials.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 per week) and pays $100 per hour, starting ASAP. Prior experience in corporate strategy and a meticulous attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with ownership of client-ready decks and executive materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks and operating model redesign; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks across core workflows.
• Create and polish client-ready strategy decks and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to improve document generation quality and consistency.
