You will partner with leadership to shape an enabling operating model, evaluate AI tools, design solutions, and drive training and governance to ensure value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Analytics or related field.
• 2 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and practical enterprise use.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions and translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead change across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience with AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude Enterprise, Power Platform).
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST RMF, ISO 42001).
• Experience with technology adoption programs or change management.
• Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or asset‑intensive industries.
• Certifications in Microsoft AI, Azure, Power Platform, or PM.

Responsibilities

• AI strategy execution and prioritization of opportunities.
• Develop foundations for the AI function including standards and governance.
• Establish scalable operating models and governance mechanisms.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools for business fit and security.
• Design and prototype AI-enabled solutions to improve workflows.
• Develop enablement programs and adoption strategies.
• Create training materials and change management resources.
• Support governance with IT, Security, Legal, and stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption, licensing, costs, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across Service, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, and HQ.
