Qualifications

• Six(6) years of full-time or equivalent experience in business administration/public administration/public management or related field with leadership/management responsibilities.
• Experience designing scalable governance frameworks for AI enablement.
• Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships with agencies, academia, industry, and nonprofits.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management and capacity-building models.
• Public-sector or large-enterprise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term AI enablement strategy for the Commonwealth.
• Develop scalable engagement models and structured intake processes for agencies.
• Coordinate with legal, security, accessibility, and compliance stakeholders.
• Oversee reusable assets and shared AI environments to enable safe deployment.
• Drive change management programs and measure enablement impact.
