Job summary

C3 Technology Advisors is seeking a remote-first AI Strategy Leader who will turn ideas into practical tools across Sales, Engineering, Ops, Marketing and Finance. This role blends strategy with hands-on prototyping and vendor partnerships, guiding adoption with playbooks and guardrails.

You will validate the internal AI strategy, identify high-value use cases, set roadmaps, evaluate tools, own architecture, and report progress to leadership while traveling to West Michigan several times a year.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in AI, data, product, or a technical role.
• 2+ years with real experience deploying AI in a working environment.
• Proficiency with latest tools and Microsoft-centric programs.
• Strong grasp of modern AI, including LLMs, retrieval, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Validate internal AI strategy and suggest tweaks.
• Identify high-value use cases with Sales, Engineering, Ops, Marketing and Finance.
• Prioritize use cases, set a roadmap, assist budgeting.
• Evaluate tools, run pilots, and provide build-versus-buy recommendations.
• Own architecture and technical standards.
• Prototype integrations and lightweight tools when needed.
• Drive adoption with training, playbooks, and guardrails for safety and compliance.
• Measure progress and report to leadership.
• Manage external AI partnerships and vendor relationships.
