Job summary

Elite Technology NY Inc. is seeking an AI-fluent individual contributor to shape how Elite identifies, evaluates, and applies AI across enterprise and product. You will guide ideation, lead rapid prototyping, and help establish scalable patterns for responsible AI. This remote role spans US time zones and requires up to 25% travel.

The position blends hands-on technical depth with strategic judgment, influencing AI direction while accelerating learning and practical implementation across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data platforms, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval patterns, orchestration frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to explore new technologies, build prototypes, and turn ideas into practical recommendations.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, use case shaping, experimentation, and planning.
• Understanding of copilots, multi-step orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear communication and technical judgment.
• Experience balancing innovation with responsible AI: governance, security, compliance, practicality.
• Travel up to 10–25% as needed.
• Sedentary desk work; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through ideation for AI and automation opportunities, framing use cases and value hypotheses.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and assess applicability across enterprise scenarios.
• Lead experiments and rapid prototyping to validate ideas and accelerate learning.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and reference implementations for AI-enabled copilots and automation.
• Influence AI strategy through insights from experimentation and pattern identification.
• Translate ideas into scalable implementation plans with stakeholders across product and engineering.
• Define reusable patterns and guardrails for responsible AI and agentic design.
• Serve as trusted advisor on AI trends, tradeoffs, and capabilities.
• Help teams understand possibilities and practical paths forward.
• Standardize AI tools and approaches while enabling value-driven innovation.
• Contribute to Elite’s long-term AI vision with pragmatic, secure solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
