Qualifications

Hands-on AI practitioner with experience designing, coding, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Deep practical experience across ML, including generative AI, RAG, and optimization.
Ability to take solutions from prototyping to production with design, integration, and testing.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI and data science engagements from framing to delivery.
Act as player-coach, contributing to solution design and development.
Prototype AI solutions to validate value and accelerate client adoption.
Design architectures and make pragmatic technical choices across data, models, and infra.
Mentor multidisciplinary teams and build trusted client relationships.
