Job summary

Deloitte France, through its SFL Scientific unit, is seeking a Data Scientist to design and deliver AI/ML solutions for clients. The role focuses on data strategy, model development, and production deployment in a consulting setting.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams on novel projects across domains such as healthcare, finance, and technology, expanding your data science and AI capabilities while delivering business impact.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant STEM field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.)
• 2+ years of AI/ML algorithm development experience using core data science languages and frameworks (Python, PyTorch, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience applying traditional ML and deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) in real projects
• 2+ years of deploying and optimizing ML models using Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Triton, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow
• 2+ years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy AI/ML workloads
• Live within commuting distance to a Deloitte office
• Ability to travel 10% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Define data strategy and drive technical development for AI services
• Collaborate with clients to understand data and operational requirements
• Develop and validate ML models and deploy them to production
• Research novel ML approaches and design solution architectures
• Review code and validate AI models with tests
• Support project delivery and ensure business impact
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and project managers to align with goals
