Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant STEM field (Data Science, CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, etc.)
• 2+ years of AI/ML algorithm development experience with core data science languages and frameworks (Python, PyTorch, etc.) and data analysis (NLP, time-series, computer vision)
• 2+ years of experience deploying and optimizing ML models using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Triton, Kubeflow, MLflow
• 2+ years of experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy AI/ML workloads
• Live within commuting distance to a Deloitte consulting office
• Ability to travel ~10% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Define data strategy, drive technical development, and build tools, products, and AI services
• Collaborate with clients to understand data, strategy, and requirements for long-term solutions
• Research and implement novel ML approaches and optimize models for production
• Validate AI models via code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests
• Support project performance prioritization and ensure AI solutions deliver business impact
• Work with data engineers, scientists, project managers, and business teams to align with objectives
