Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a STEM field (Data Science, CS, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics).
• 2+ years of AI/ML algorithm development with core data science languages (Python, PyTorch) and data analysis.
• 2+ years applying ML/DL techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) with production validation.
• 2+ years deploying ML models using Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Triton, Kubeflow, MLflow.
• 2+ years of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Willing to commute to Deloitte offices; travel ~10% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• 2+ years client-facing consulting experience (preferred).
• 1+ year experience with LLM/GenAI and RAG/agent-based tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define data strategy, drive technical development, and create AI tools and services.
• Work with clients to understand data sets, strategy, and requirements for exploration and use case analysis.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design long-term AI solutions.
• Research and implement novel ML approaches, advancing training and architecture.
• Validate models via code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and maximizes impact.
