Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced VPs of strategy to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, refine, and deliver client-ready strategy decks and executive materials for executive steering committees, market-entry analyses, and operating-model redesign work.

Fluent in problem-solving, Excel/PowerPoint, and high-quality written communication, you’ll craft sensitivity-tested business-case models and synthesis deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop client-ready strategy decks and executive materials for steering committee engagements.
• Produce market entry and competitive analyses, operating model redesign workshops, and business-case models.
