Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy and planning directors to help train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated decks for annual strategy reviews, market landscapes, growth cases, competitive intel, and CEO/board materials.

Candidates should have 4+ years in corporate strategy (ex-MBB/Big 4 a plus) and expert PowerPoint skills with precise written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a significant company (ex-MBB/Big 4 a plus).
• Track record of producing CEO- and board-level strategy materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop annual strategy review decks, market landscape presentations, and growth initiative business cases.
• Prepare competitive intelligence briefings and CEO/board offsite materials; support OKR/portfolio reviews.
