Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Director, AI Strategy Architect in Los Angeles to lead enterprise AI strategy and architecture within Advisory Services. You will drive end-to-end AI solution programs, coordinate with C-level stakeholders, and shape roadmaps for GenAI deployments in diverse industries.

You will oversee multi-agent GenAI system design, RAG pipelines, and governance, while mentoring teams and collaborating with major platform teams to advance KPMG’s AI capabilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud tech with leadership in consulting or tech.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred; minimum Bachelor’s required.
• Experience with MS/AWS/Google Cloud AI ecosystems and multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in AI-powered workflow solutions using major cloud services.
• Experience designing multi-agent conversational systems integrated with CRM/ERP.
• Knowledge of GenAIOps/LLMOps, governance, and MLOps practices.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or later.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI solution development and transformation programs across industries.
• Advise senior and C-level stakeholders on AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee design and delivery of multi-agent GenAI systems and RAG architectures.
• Drive risk management, governance, and security for GenAI deployments.
• Develop proposals and expand KPMG’s AI portfolio through business development.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and stay at the forefront of AI and cloud engineering.
• Collaborate with platform teams (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce) to enhance AI offerings.
• Set strategic vision for AI offerings aligned with KPMG’s digital strategy.
