You will conduct rigorous analysis, size impacts, and develop business cases while collaborating with digital, product, analytics, and operations teams to shape plans and executive-ready recommendations. The role emphasizes structured problem-solving, data-informed decision making, and clear communication to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in strategy, consulting, banking/finance, analytics or product strategy.
• Experience supporting customer journeys, servicing, or operations.
• Ability to apply quantitative approaches including ROI analysis and business-case development.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate analysis into clear takeaways.
• Collaboration skills in cross-functional teams; comfortable with fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives identified by senior leaders and drive defined workstreams to completion with strong attention to detail.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align on requirements, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
• Map current-state customer journeys and processes; identify friction points and future-state improvements.
• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to break down ambiguous problems.
• Analyze and present findings, including impact sizing, business case modeling, and KPI frameworks.
• Evaluate how digital and AI-enabled solutions can integrate with operational processes to improve experiences.
• Research competitors and industry trends to inform strategy and recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and materials for stakeholder reviews.
• Monitor technology trends (including AI) and share concise insights with the team.
