Savvy Wealth is reinventing wealth management with AI-native tools. The Advisory Operations Manager will shape the operational backbone, overseeing systems, processes, and relationships that support the Advisor team and clients.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Compliance to ensure excellence across all platforms. The role emphasizes AI-driven process improvements, billing accuracy, and managing custodian relationships, with a fast-paced fintech environment and substantial

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Advisory Operations within an RIA firm.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation in daily processes and projects.
• Hands-on experience with wealth platforms and custodians (Orion, AdvicePay, Schwab, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing and executing billing processes.
