Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking an AI Advisory Principal in San Francisco to lead the Advisory work end-to-end, from pre-sales through final readouts. You will own client relationships, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and shape the AI strategy and use cases that drive engagement outcomes.

You will build the vertical point of view, articulate industry best practices, and expand the Advisory motion. Some travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with 7+ years of management experience in advisory or consulting.
• Ability to shape and sell AI advisory engagements end-to-end.
• Strong background in AI strategy and problem framing for enterprise clients.
• Technical credibility to engage with Solutions Engineers and drive feasibility discussions.
• Willingness to travel 30–60% across accounts, including international trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements end-to-end as the Directly Responsible Individual.
• Sell and scope the Advisory phase in your vertical.
• Develop the vertical point of view with AI industry insights.
• Drive pre-sales workshops, readouts, and client workshops.
• Coach and develop the Advisory consultants on your engagements.
