Your role as an AI Specialist Consultant

As an AI Specialist at Bridge Partners, you will be embedded in our client-facing project delivery teams, where you will bring advanced Generative AI capabilities to enhance client and internal projects across Program Management, Content & Creative, and Partner Channel domains. You will identify opportunities, lead implementations, and drive efficiencies and innovation using AI technologies. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and technical execution.

How you’ll contribute

• Identify and propose high-impact AI solutions tailored to project needs in program management, content development, creative execution, and partner GTM strategies
• Draft technical and functional documentation including BRDs and SOWs in collaboration with internal teams
• Execute hands-on AI workflows using LLMs, generative AI tools, pre-built agents, and prompt engineering to create and enhance deliverables
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client meetings to explain AI capabilities and project progress
• Develop and deliver internal enablement on AI use cases, tools, and effective prompt writing
• Lead innovation by exploring new AI tools and refining best practices to scale across teams and services

Your skills and approach

• Deep knowledge and experience in Generative AI tools and applications (e.g., prompt engineering, AI content generation)
• Fast learner with proficiency in new platforms and basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python)
• Strong grasp of marketing, partner channel programs, and program management workflows
• Effective communicator able to translate technical details for varied audiences
• Collaborative, self-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in AI or related technologies are a plus
• Prior consulting or agency experience applying AI to client deliverables is strongly preferred

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
