As a Senior Sales Solution Consultant – Sales Engineering Group, you’ll utilize your in-depth product knowledge to help sales staff uncover requirements, recommend, and demonstrate the FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform (FrontArena). Interpret complex business requirements and lead discussions as Front Arena specialists across multiple asset classes.
Serve as experts in solution ecosystems across Front, Middle, and Back Office processing.
Contribute to a team of professionals working towards common goals.
What you will be doing:
This advanced role requires broad knowledge of cross-asset trading and risk to demonstrate the FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform effectively. You will resolve complex issues, exercise judgment, and utilize your deep understanding of products and operational processes across trading environments. You will also support sales in addressing client requirements, possibly guiding others, and typically have at least five years of relevant experience.
Develop tailored product solutions for client/prospect requirements, mainly as Proof of Concept configurations.
Present and demonstrate the platform, independently or integrated with other FIS solutions.
Drive solutioning processes, gather requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate efforts to meet client needs.
Complete RFPs and RFIs within tight deadlines.
Participate in business review sessions, document scope, and provide effort estimates.
Create proposals, configure presentation environments, and deliver demonstrations.
Maintain and upgrade presentation environments with product releases, and train sales teams on new features.
Provide feedback to product managers, liaise with vendors, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance demo platforms.
What you will need:
Deep knowledge of the FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform, with implementation experience.
At least 10+ years of experience with the platform, in sales or professional services roles.
Understanding of the platform’s database structure, SQL/PostgreSQL querying, and database management.
Ability to configure the platform for PoC activities independently.
Ability to work well independently and in teams, with strong communication skills for senior management interactions.
Based anywhere in the USA or Canada.
Preferred extras:
