Job summary

Technogen, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Product Owner to partner with business and technology teams. You will own use-case intake, backlog, and KPIs to drive measurable outcomes from AI and agentic solutions.

Responsibilities include prioritizing epics, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring governance and risk controls while enabling adoption and successful releases in a hybrid onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Proven product ownership and agile backlog management.
• Experience framing business problems and prioritizing use-cases.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate problem framing and identify AI/LLM solution patterns.
• Manage use-case intake, prioritization and roadmap alignment.
• Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and release objectives.
• Coordinate data, model, security, and engineering stakeholders.
• Define KPIs for business value, model quality, adoption and outcomes.
• Support model selection, prompt strategy, and evaluations.
• Ensure governance, security and risk requirements are addressed.
• Drive adoption, release readiness and post-release tracking.
