Job summary
Genesis10 seeks a Technical Product Owner for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The candidate will analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions for the Digital Channels space, acting as an ambassador for change and SME for related projects.
You will elicit requirements, create documentation, and ensure successful implementation of assigned projects. Strong Agile, SDLC, and stakeholder-management skills required for collaboration with product management and tech teams.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years' experience in Agile roles (BA/PO)
- Experience in corporate treasury or large financial institution a plus
- Deep SDLC understanding
- Experience building stakeholder relationships
- Ability to communicate with tech and business partners
- Experience creating user journeys, stories, wireframes, diagrams
- Experience with Jira or Rally
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, services, SQL
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical solutions within Digital Channels
- Elicit requirements and create documentation
- Write and groom epics, MBIs and stories
- Generate process/data flow diagrams and user guides
- Analyze impact of proposed solutions across the business
- Develop use cases for tech team
- Act as liaison across business units, development, and end-users
