Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Product Owner for a 6+ month contract in Charlotte, NC (onsite). You will align product strategy with execution, maintain the roadmap, and translate business problems into AI-focused epics and user stories.

Collaborate with data science and software teams to prioritize data requirements, model work, and integration while embedding responsible AI practices. Strong Agile experience and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership/management within financial services or client onboarding.
• Experience delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products in partnership with engineering and data science teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome ambiguity.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and communicating trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align product strategy with execution and maintain the product roadmap.
• Translate business problems into AI epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with data science, data engineering, and software engineering on data requirements and model work.
• Define and track AI product performance metrics and drive improvements via experimentation.
• Manage system plans and artifacts to deliver on milestones.
• Embed responsible AI practices with stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a matrixed product team.
• Advise other product teams to maintain a unified strategy.
