Job summary

Technogen, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead Built GenAI applications, partnering with business and technology teams from problem framing to production release. The hybrid role is based in Charlotte, NC, with a focus on AI governance, KPI-driven outcomes, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across data, security, and engineering teams.

You will own use-case intake, define success metrics, and ensure adoption planning and post-launch value realization for enterprise AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Product management and Agile backlog ownership.
• Problem framing and use-case prioritization.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, model selection.
• Defining functional and non-functional acceptance criteria.
• Responsible AI, model-risk, security, and governance controls.
• Product analytics, adoption metrics, and business-value measurement.
• Executive communication and stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience with multidisciplinary AI engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business problem framing and identify AI/LLM solution patterns.
• Manage use-case intake, prioritization, feasibility, and roadmap alignment.
• Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release objectives.
• Coordinate data, model, platform, security, risk, and engineering stakeholders.
• Define KPI for business value, operational, adoption, and realization.
• Support model selection, prompt strategy, RAG design, and evaluations.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, compliance, and model-risk requirements.
• Drive user acceptance, release readiness, and post-release adoption tracking.
