Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services‑led environments.
• Ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience selling technology services and negotiating with clients.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven, and coachable.
• Comfortable working without detailed day‑to‑day supervision.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.
• Partner with leadership to close deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel 40% of the time).
