Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Manager of Business Solutions to lead large, cross-functional technology projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

This role drives design, execution, and adoption of innovative enterprise solutions, with a focus on AI-enabled automation and LLM integrations. Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in software engineering or project management, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, tax, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering or application development experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in implementation, consulting, technology project management, or digital transformation with successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple digital transformation projects as Lead Project Manager.
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and organize milestones.
• Communicating with stakeholders and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Designing and delivering Change Management plans to educate end users.
• Possibly supervising project teams, training employees, coaching, and making decisions.
