Job summary

Ryan Specialty is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to orchestrate the AI Innovation Center, owning intake, triage, and governance of AI initiatives across the division. You will partner with business leaders, engineers, and front‑office users to ensure opportunities are assessed, resourced, and executed per RT’s objectives.

The role requires hands‑on AI initiative management, cross‑functional facilitation, and strategic prioritization, with preferred insurance domain experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/technology initiative management from intake to delivery.
• Ability to assess use-case viability and map to delivery approach.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI tooling and Vibe Coding.
• Experience leading cross-functional sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization aligned to enterprise strategy and resources.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own divisional AI intake and act as primary contact for AI opportunities.
• Provide hands-on solutioning support alongside business users.
• Drive innovative AI processes, tools, and usable applications.
• Evaluate AI tools/vendors and maintain a competitive posture.
• Lead triage sessions with senior leadership to prioritize ideas.
• Allocate resources based on complexity and standards.
• Maintain AI product backlog and coordinate with the PMO portfolio.
