Emory University is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to drive responsible AI adoption across the university. You will serve as the primary engagement lead for AI requests, consultations, pilots, and emerging opportunities, operating Emory's AI Concierge function.

In this role, you will guide intake and discovery, plan pilots with security and governance teams, and translate insights into executive updates on realized value while maintaining a centralized inventory of initiatives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and five years of progressively responsible experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, product management, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and mature new services, manage competing priorities, and operate in evolving governance environments.
• Preferred familiarity with AI technologies, responsible AI practices, higher education, healthcare, or research environments.
• Full remote position with occasional supported visits to an Emory University location.

Responsabilités

• Leads intake, discovery, and consultation for AI requests, understanding business challenges, desired outcomes, and success measures.
• Plans and evaluates pilots, including charters, implementation plans, and scaling recommendations, while coordinating with security, data governance, and compliance teams.
• Maintains a centralized inventory of requests and outcomes, developing business cases and executive updates on realized value.
