Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an AI Solutions Lead, Customer Support to translate business needs into scalable AI-powered improvements across our support organization. You will drive automation, intelligent routing, and self-service initiatives to raise efficiency and consistency.

You will partner with management to identify opportunities, implement production-ready AI workflows, monitor KPIs, and ensure governance, accuracy and reliability across platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce and Data360.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced tech in live operations.
• Direct ownership of AI use cases such as automation and self-service workflows.
• Experience deploying conversational AI and production-ready AI solutions.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and performance accountability for AI.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute automation opportunities in customer support.
• Configure, implement, and optimize AI-driven capabilities across platforms.
• Test, validate, and iterate AI solutions for reliability in production.
• Monitor AI agent performance and drive continuous improvement with QA tools.
• Translate insights into actionable changes and scalable workflows.
