Job summary

Vantage Bank Texas is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and support production AI systems in a regulated banking environment. You will lead agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, and tool-calling integrations, ensuring governance and responsible AI adoption.

You will work across teams to implement end-to-end AI solutions, stand up Databricks Apps or Streamlit, and document logic, assumptions, and test results for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of software/data system development with AI production exposure.
• Experience building agentic/tool-calling systems with end-to-end implementation.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds and operates agentic AI workflows and tool-calling systems.
• Develops retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and evaluated retrieval quality.
• Deploys and monitors AI services in production with governance and cost visibility.
• Creates audit-ready documentation detailing logic, prompts and test results.
