Job summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union is launching its first dedicated AI function, building production AI applications for employees and members in weeks, not quarters. You will own end-to-end systems from data access to API and UI, on a senior, high-autonomy team alongside the VP of AI and an AI Architect.

You will design agentic workflows, RAG pipelines across manuals and lending guidelines, and secure integrations with strong guardrails and audit logging to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/DS/Math/EE/ML.
• 7+ years shipping production software; 2+ years AI/LLM apps.
• Full-stack depth: TS/React front-end; Python/TS backend; data stores; cloud in production.
• Hands-on fluency with LLM patterns: prompts, outputs, tools, orchestration.
• LLM evaluation: test sets, measure outputs, catch regressions.
• AI security knowledge: prompt injection, data exfiltration, model poisoning, secrets.
• Product instincts: understand lending processes to design adoptable tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production AI apps, including data access, orchestration, API, and UI.
• Design multi-step tool-using workflows with agentic orchestration.
• Build RAG pipelines across manuals, procedures, docs, and lending guidelines.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance with tests and regression suites prior to release.
• Secure integrations via APIs and iPaaS; maintain guardrails and audit logs.
• Decide what graduates to production and when to iterate; uphold engineering standards.
