Job summary

The Talent Mine is hiring two AI Solutions Engineers to join a Fortune 500 industrial leader. You will design, build, and deploy AI-enabled capabilities in a manufacturing setting, partnering with business and IT teams to deliver fast, feasible solutions.

Expect up to 25% travel, primarily on-site, with a focus on real-world deployment, data flows, and enterprise integrations. This role emphasizes a hands-on, team-first approach and problem ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in a technical role (Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Technical Consultant, or similar).
• Strong Python skills plus at least one additional language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, etc.).
• Track record of designing and deploying production applications, integrations, and data/AI solutions end-to-end.
• Solid grasp of enterprise systems, APIs, and data flows.
• Proven success partnering with non-technical stakeholders: discovery, presenting findings to executives, driving adoption.

Responsibilities
