Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven programming experience in Python and SQL.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and building integrations.
• Familiarity with Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software integrations connecting manufacturing systems to cloud apps.
• Develop APIs, integration services, data pipelines, and automation workflows using Python, SQL, REST APIs.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for customer implementations from design to deployment and support.
• Partner with manufacturing customers to understand processes, data architecture, and integration requirements.
• Integrate ERP, MES, QMS, historians, SCADA, and other industrial software platforms.
• Build reusable integration tools and connector libraries to speed deployments.
• Collaborate with Data Science to configure AI/ML solutions for manufacturing challenges.
• Troubleshoot distributed systems, networking, APIs, cloud infra, and pipelines.
• Analyze data quality issues and diagnose integration failures to implement fixes.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering for future features.
• Create technical docs and implementation guides for scalable deployments.
• Participate in customer discovery, workshops, and solution architecture discussions.
• Manage multiple implementations with strong communication and project execution.
• Travel to customer sites up to 25-40% as needed.
