Job summary

Talnt is seeking a Solutions Engineer to deliver enterprise software solutions for leading manufacturers. This role blends software engineering, systems integration, and technical problem solving to deploy AI-powered manufacturing solutions at scale.

The ideal candidate will write production-quality code, design software integrations, and work directly with customers across manufacturing, MES, ERP, and other industrial platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Software Eng, or related field.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or similar.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and software integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software integrations linking enterprise manufacturing systems to cloud apps.
• Develop APIs, integration services, data pipelines, and automation workflows using Python and SQL.
• Serve as primary technical resource for customer implementations from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with customers to understand production processes and integration requirements.
• Integrate ERP, MES, QMS, historians, SCADA, and other industrial software platforms.
• Build reusable integration tools to speed deployments and scalability.
