The role blends Manufacturing Engineering and AI engineering, with ~75% time on plant AI applications and ~25% in manufacturing alongside operators and maintenance teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience building AI agents, AI assistants, LLM-powered workflows, or similar AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and Training to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
• Lead pilots from concept through shopfloor adoption with data readiness and training.
• Ensure AI solutions are simple, explainable, and usable for operators and supervisors.
